Funko is a leading pop culture lifestyle brand, renowned for its iconic Pop! vinyl figures, collectibles, and the rapidly growing Loungefly line of fashion accessories. With a mission to connect fans with their favorite characters and franchises, Funko blends nostalgia, creativity, and high-quality design into products that resonate globally.

Funko’s Strategic Transformation & Growth Initiative, I transformed complex business strategies, market analyses, and financial data into visually compelling presentations. My role was to ensure clarity, engagement, and brand alignment while making data-driven insights accessible to executives and stakeholders.

  • Visual Storytelling: Designed a cohesive, branded deck that simplified intricate supply chain strategies, competitive analyses, and financial performance metrics into digestible infographics.

  • Data Visualization: Created dynamic charts, maps, and comparison tables to highlight key trends, such as Loungefly’s 67.7% growth and the “Mighty Five” manufacturing hubs.

  • Brand Consistency: Balanced Funko’s playful aesthetic with a professional tone, using bold colors, custom icons, and modular layouts to maintain visual harmony.

  • Competitive Analysis: Illustrated Porter’s 5 Forces and market opportunities with intuitive diagrams, helping stakeholders quickly grasp risks and advantages.

  • Strategic Clarity: Enhanced decision-making by visually framing challenges (e.g., declining margins) and solutions (e.g., SKU optimization, China +1 +7 sourcing).
